Solar Project Completed at Boarding School in New England

Annapolis, MD – New Energy Equity completed a solar project at Cardigan Mountain School, in Canaan, New Hampshire, a boarding school for boys in grades 6-9. The nearly one megawatt ground-mounted solar array was installed north of the school’s main campus; Cardigan Mountain School is set amid woods, mountains, and lakes in central New Hampshire. “We are pleased to be part of the heritage of Cardigan Mountain School with its longstanding commitment to the environment and the outdoors,” said Ian Palmer, CEO, New Energy Equity. “This 972-kilowatt project is a continuation of the school’s commitment to sustainability.”
