Tucked at one of the northernmost locations in New York, the City of Ogdensburg converted an unused gravel dump into a solar project that offset 80% of their city government's energy use throughout their various facilities. They accomplished their goal with no expenses incurred by the city and will save more than 10% on their energy bills for the next 25 years.
