2615 Park Avenue Apartments

New Energy Equity installed this 40kW Photovoltaic solar electric energy system in Minneapolis, Minnesota to offset the electricity load of 2615 Park Avenue Apartments. This rooftop array will help power common areas in the building and offers some amazing views of the Minneapolis skyline!

The panels will produce roughly 47,600 Wh per year. Over 30 years the solar panel system will offset roughly 2,343,000 pounds of CO2, the equivalent of adding nearly 27 acres of trees to our forests. New Energy Equity expects at least 30-40 years of useful life out of the system.
